MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 1.95 points to 1840.52.

Volume was 30.95 million lots worth RM11.72 million.

Gainers outnumbered losers 99 to 61.
